Established in 1996, Cubex Contracts was born out of the concept of cubic expansion; making space within our customer’s existing premises for their business to expand without the necessity of an expensive extension. We are happy to liaise, where necessary, with other stakeholders within your company and support a ‘business as usual’ approach throughout the refurbishment by providing a disruption and noise analysis, helping you to plan your working day around the refurbishment works.
During our time on site, a Cubex Project Manager will keep you informed daily of progress against the project schedule and liaise with other services and contractors on your behalf; taking responsibility for your refurbishment for you and ensuring it’s smooth and safe completion. Direct contact details for our Project Manager and Operations teams are given out to you as soon as your order is placed, so you will never be left waiting for a query or question to be acknowledged. Comprehensive risk assessments and method statements are available for all works carried out by Cubex along with full compliance to CDM regulations and the Health and Safety at Work Act.
Our mission is not to leave site until all remedial works and snags have been finished and signed off by you, our customer and the finished project reflects your expectations. Once completed, we will administer all paperwork surrounding the building control regulations, if required, to ensure the project is both inspected and signed off quickly and efficiently. You have the added peace of mind that all parts, materials and labour come with a 12 month guarantee.
