Open plan office spaces have proven to be a popular choice for businesses time and time again as they remove barriers and improve aesthetics whilst enabling flexible ways of working, increasing communication between the work force. That said, the team here at Cubex Contracts have seen all too often how groups working within the same open space can sometimes struggle to focus as they battle through the many distractions and lack of privacy than an open plan workspace can bring. In fact, research has found that open office spaces can reduce employee productivity by up to 20% – that’s staggering! So, what’s the solution here? Yep, you guessed it – partitioning systems!

Incorporating partitioning into your space planning can have numerous benefits including added privacy, less noise and better wellbeing as distractions are mitigated (what was once a large open office has now been divided into smaller, practical working areas the whole team can benefit from). We’re not talking about every staff member having their own ‘office cubicle’ like we used to see in the 70s – those days are well and truly behind us! Within the modern workplace, you can introduce various partitioning systems that work for you to create the right spaces that your team actually need. These may include set workspaces without invasion of space from one desk to another, somewhere for team huddles, a place to take private conference calls, communal areas to grab a bite to eat away from the hustle and bustle of the office… the list goes on and on!

There are also multiple options for the type of office partitioning used to re-direct foot traffic and create a sleek workspace that boasts flexibility. You can get sliding, glazed, stud or composite… partitions really do come in many styles and forms, but can still be tailored to meet your requirements and budget… what’s not to love?

At Cubex Contracts we install a variety of partitioning systems in office spaces, industrial warehouses and retail stores so if you’re wondering if partitioning could be the answer to your workspace woes, read on to find out which system could work best for your business:

Psst – as with all Cubex solutions, we manage all fire requirements and Building Regulation issues on your behalf, making sure the project is compliant as well as being functional and aesthetic (that’s got to be a weight off your mind, surely?).

Composite Partitioning
Created around a 50mm aluminium section with interlocking honeycomb panels, composite partitioning is our most popular partitioning system as it’s very versatile and fully re-locatable and it comes with an entry level price tag! You can have anything from solid panels to fully glazed partitions with encapsulated blinds, and composite partitioning can be finished in a multitude of wall coverings, powder coats or paint finishes.

Composite partitioning is lightweight, re-usable and flexible. Plus glazed or seamless glass sections with manifestations* can be incorporated into your partitioning design to create a more modern appearance – this is great for businesses wanting to make a strong visual impact.

*Manifestations – a treatment that can be applied to glass partitions (and any other large expanses of clear glass) in order to make the glass visible, preventing injury through collisions. It’s also a great way to introduce more decoration.

Stud Partitioning
Another great way to divide a large office into smaller workspaces (and our next best seller) is with stud partitioning. Generally speaking, stud partitioning is a galvanized steel stud fame with plasterboard either side with rockwool infill for sound attenuation. This is then taped and jointed before being decorated to resemble a standard plasterboard wall.

At Cubex we love stud partitioning, but we do recommend incorporating a glazed element to help natural light through to your new workspace as it helps to create a more spacious environment.

Stud partitioning requires simple maintenance and can be easily repaired if damaged, plus it’s economical too and can incorporate additional soundproofing features.

Jumbo Stud Partitioning
If you’re looking for a way to divide the space within a warehouse or factory then jumbo stud partitioning could be your ideal solution. Using 150mm galvanised steel sections at its core, jumbo stud partition walls can be built up to 11m high and are fire resistant and sound absorbing too.

Jumbo stud is stronger, more durable and more secure than most partitioning systems (not surprising – the clue is in the name!) because of its metal framework, and it can be finished to resemble a plasterboard wall.

Just like composite and stud partitioning, you can incorporate seamless glass sections with manifestation. And, if you need to return a leased building back to its original dilapidations, jumbo stud partitioning can be easily removed – another brilliantly flexible solution!

Steel Partitioning
Reliable, durable and adaptable, steel partitioning can help re-design existing spaces within offices, warehouses and factories alike.

The partition modules arrive ready for installation which can be completed in a short space of time before it’s coated with a high-quality powder to prevent seasonal wear and tear (great if time is against you to get your workforce going again!)

Steel partitioning requires minimal maintenance and can be dismantled and re-erected if required, but the downside is that it is not alterable onsite. It does, however, have a noise-cancelling capacity which in turn cuts back on any additional spend on soundproofing.

Glazed Office Partitions
Glazed partitioning is a great way to implement privacy without losing the open space feel. Manifestations can be used to create frosted sections to incorporate designs or logos into the partition, adding a degree of privacy whilst echoing company branding. You can add internal blinds for further privacy too.

With natural light and low energy costs, the glass walls do come with a safety warning… walking into a glass door or wall – we’ve all done it!

Glazed partitioning can be more costly than other partitioning systems as they are designed to high specifications with style in mind… we can’t deny that they do look fantastic!

Sliding Partitions
Sliding partitions (or walls) are a cost-effective and multi-functional solution for maximising space that looks good too. They operate on a track instead of swinging open like a hinged door and can be incorporated into glazed or steel partitioning systems making them versatile and adaptable too.

Installation periods can vary depending on the design and outlay, and although they are generally lightweight, it can take some extra effort when re-locating to move these with you because of the added technicalities of a sliding pad.

Whatever your workspace needs Cubex can help to find the best solution tailored to your requirements and budget. Whether you want to create a visual impact or implement additional privacy and sound reduction with office partitioning, we’re here to help from the design stage right through to installation, providing a thorough end-to-end solution.

A mezzanine floor has multiple uses, many of which can really help your business out whether it be in an industrial warehouse, retail facility or corporate office. A mezzanine installation has a variety of uses and because they’re so stable and durable, they can easily meet your needs in space and storage – and they can take the weight of heavy machinery too.

What exactly is a mezzanine?

Good question! It’s an additional floor installed in a building to provide more space, but it does not extend over the whole of the main floor, just part of it.

What’s required?

Before installing a mezzanine floor in your workspace, there are several requirements that need to be considered:

All mezzanine floors need to adhere to building regulations, but don’t fret as Cubex Contracts will administer this on your behalf.

Fire protection – a mezzanine is an additional floor level which needs to be incorporated into your fire protection system. Cubex Contracts offer guidance to our customers regarding these regulations and consult with them, along with Building Control, during the design and installation process – that’ll be a weight off of your mind, right?

The same materials as the building’s original construction should be used for a mezzanine installation.

Space awareness is another a key element to recognise; a mezzanine should be no bigger than a third of the main floor area. That said, some building codes are lenient on allowing a mezzanine to be slightly bigger depending on the building’s type of construction, automatic sprinklers and emergency communication systems.

A mezzanine also needs to be open to the room and not closed off with walls, unless there are ten or fewer occupants inside or there are two emergency exits.

Why should you consider installing a mezzanine?,

Office mezzanines create valuable additional space without incurring the costs of moving premises or extending your building. Plus a mezzanine floor doesn’t take long to install so you’ll be back to work in no time. Why move if you don’t have to?

Mezzanines are energy-efficient as they can increase the warm air circulation, lowering heating costs for the building especially during the colder months.

While we’re talking about cost, because a mezzanine floor is not part of the buildings original structure, the total cost per square metre is significantly reduced while you get more space – win, win!

Industrial space is expensive and so by installing a single or multi-tier mezzanine you can significantly increase your storage or production space for a fraction of the cost compared to relocating to a larger premises. Conveyor systems and lifts can be used to access additional multi-tier levels, but it is worth noting however that multi-tier mezzanines will be dependant on what kind of design you’re looking for and if the building structure will allow it.

Where can you have a mezzanine floor, you ask? Well, you can install them in any warehouse or office building as long as the ceilings are raised high enough, meaning you can utilise any unused space that’s above you – handy, right?

If your office needs are changing and you’d like to discuss how a mezzanine floor may work for you, get in touch with Cubex Contracts and our creative design team can find the right solution for you.

Changing business needs make it challenging to control space and utilise it effectively; the corporate environment is forever changing and as part of the digitally connected world we now find ourselves in, it can be difficult to keep up and make use of our existing space in a way that benefits the efficiency of day-to-day business operations.

You might find that you’re in need of more space several times throughout the year with a continuously growing team or a demand for a restructure to accommodate the latest products and machinery, but whatever your needs, Cubex Contracts are on hand to provide an end-to-end solution for all of your commercial workspace needs.

Here are our tips on how you can create more space within your existing office premises, avoiding the need to relocate (…just think of the money you’ll save!).

Assess your needs
Let’s start by taking a long look at your workspace overall and assess what works and what doesn’t – what would you like to change, have more of, or get rid of? And this doesn’t need to be a one sided task – take a quick snapshot and ask your colleagues what they think (it’s important to remember that in order to implement the very best changes that work for everyone, and benefit the business overall, it’s worthwhile checking in with the people that support your business to ensure they have the tools they need to get the job done).

Our surroundings can affect productivity so take this into account when assessing your office space needs and, if you’re not sure where to even begin, ask yourself the following questions:

Is the workspace cluttered and dark?

Are desks and storage spaces cramped?

What does the space feel like in terms of its atmosphere?

What do we need that we do not currently have access to?

Consider noise control and sound privacy
There are many ways in which you can divide a space for privacy, meetings, hot desking, communal areas… pretty much anything and everything! And by doing this you can create additional spaces that work – including ‘neighbourhoods’ for specific focus groups.

If noise control is a concern, have a think about installing sound absorbing panels (these work particularly well within open plan offices). They can decrease echo and create a calmer atmosphere (especially in larger spaces where noise can travel), ultimately allowing for a better workplace experience.

Solve visual and personal security concerns
With collaboration being a key element of the future of office design, we need to ask, ‘‘how open is too open?’’ The traditional and ‘‘ideal’’ office space may be a large, open plan area, but this doesn’t work for every business all of the time, so where do we draw the line?

Sometimes employees need to work independently, have private 1:1 conversations or work with sensitive company information where visual security can soon become an issue. Thankfully however there are alternatives and Cubex has a few solutions for you to try:

Use stylish and colourful partitions to implement additional spaces for independent working, privacy and creativity.
Partitions can also help with noise reduction and productivity as teams operate from a multi-functional workspace.

Consider the office layout and plan for specific areas which will see less foot traffic; this can be a dedicated area for taking a call or for having some downtime over a lunchbreak.

Throughout the office, look at furniture positioning and re-orient as necessary to optimise both space and privacy; believe it or not, but just by moving an existing space around can resolve a number of workplace woes including security concerns (so you don’t have to spend money unnecessarily… result!)

Strategically position plants, soft furnishings and even hanging partitions – creating a multi-functional workspace that also looks good will ensure your office space is somewhere that your colleagues want to spend time in.

Plan for seamless, agile, connectivity and collaboration
In office design, there will always be a need for a culture of collaboration. This means incorporating designs that can support and transform your business to increase productivity, innovation and performance. To help in shaping this type of workplace, think about using tables and desks that facilitate innovation and connection. But how? Great question! Think about decluttering as much as possible and get rid of anything that’s not required… if you don’t need something, why keep it? Simple enough, right?

It can be a challenge to find the delicate balance between privacy and team working, but agile spaces can help you with this especially if square footage is at a premium. Think about introducing moveable partitions and furniture on castors – you’ll have an adaptable, agile office space in no time!

Consider storage requirements
Invest in furniture with built-in space to help with storage; even though we now live in a paperless office environment (or at least we try to), we still need storage space. So office furniture with built in storage facilities can help to utilise even more of our workspace.

Luckily, wi-fi means less wires and so too do laptops and tablets – what would have been used for bulkier computers can now be used as additional space as and when you need it most.

Warehouse and industrial space
If re-designing a warehouse or a large industrial space, then Cubex recommends evaluating the use of all of the space, not just a particular area or two.

As a suggestion, think vertically – adding mezzanine flooring can help to create more space within your existing warehouse for storage, breakout rooms, offices, meeting rooms, kitchen space, manufacturing zones… the list goes on!

When it comes to creating additional space within your office premises, even if you don’t have a lot of physical space to play around with, it is possible to create a workspace that works for you, your employees and your business. What’s more, space planning within your existing space can be a positive alternative to the expense and disruption of relocating altogether. So if you’re considering how to re-work your space for 2021 and beyond, we have loads of experience and advice to offer. You know where we are so just reach out. Email us on sales@cubexcontracts.com or call 01933 460422.

Has your office reached maximum capacity? Are you struggling to accommodate your workforce? If so, you could benefit from installing a mezzanine floor on your existing premises.

The expenses associated with relocating to a new premise can be overbearing for some businesses. Similarly, dividing your workforce and business into two locations can become an administrative nightmare.

If the idea of building a mezzanine floor seems unfamiliar right now then we urge you to read on as we’ve put together the potential benefits of a mezzanine floor and the best ways to utilise the space in different capacities.

Benefits of a Mezzanine Floor

There are many benefits associated with building a mezzanine floor as opposed to relocating your office’s operations, for example you will find that a mezzanine floor will help you spread out your workforce in a more organised manner, helping to enhance productivity and provide employees adequate privacy when undertaking responsibilities without worrying about encroaching on one another’s space.

Common advantages of installing a mezzanine floor in your existing workspace:

Flexible Structure
Mezzanines are not built into the building’s original structural plans and so they can be easily deconstructed and re-located as and when required – their flexible structure allows users to re-use the same space in various capacities depending on the requirements at the time.

Cost-Effective
As your business grows you may want to re-direct your cash flow to other departments rather than a new office building; installing a mezzanine is much more cost-effective compared to re-locating – in fact, a mezzanine floor is a rent-free space because it’s not part of the structure of the building and therefore the cost per square metre is significantly reduced.

Maximise Space
Building a mezzanine floor is essentially about re-configuring existing space and optimising it to accommodate the needs and requirements of the business. In doing so, you would essentially get twice the floor space in the same vicinity for growth and higher productivity.

Ways to Utilise a Mezzanine Floor

Mezzanine floors are extremely versatile and can therefore be used in a variety of ways – for example if your office has high ceilings then you can utilise the overhead space with a mezzanine floor.

Industrial Spaces
Sometimes industrial buildings require onsite offices to increase worker productivity and provide regular supervision. Most buildings have high ceiling structures which make it easy to utilise the excess overhead space. Employers can also convert some of the rooms in the newly built office space into communal areas for production-floor employees.

Automation and Manufacturing
As businesses begin to grow we find that mezzanine floors are a great way to expand operations and production. The structural integrity of a mezzanine level depends on the architectural expertise and quality of material used. That said, we found a well-built mezzanine floor can easily accommodate the weight of manufacturing machinery such as conveyor belts and therefore the extra space can help grow automation and manufacturing operations. By moving production lines onto a different floor, you will also reduce noise levels and distractibility.

Warehousing and Distribution
If you are looking for extra storage space then a mezzanine floor can work perfectly with adequate racking and shelving. It will not only help organise the space better, but also optimise the efficiency of the warehousing and distribution teams. What’s more, since the mezzanine floor is essentially built within an existing building structure, it will be a great place to store material that requires easy access and therefore enhancing the efficiency of deliveries.

Retail Stores
Retail stores are often made in public-facing buildings to create maximum engagement with the customers and increase floor efficiency, and having a mezzanine floor in these structures can have various benefits – for example, it can house extra stock or pose as an additional service floor. Some departmental stores often use it as a smaller showroom for niche products. That said, getting approval from the authorities before construction can be challenging. Many features such as fire-rated facing public and railings need to be accounted for in the original plans.

Communal Areas
Research shows that having communal areas within offices can help foster stronger working relationships and provide essential networking opportunities; they also help increase productivity by promoting relaxation periods during working hours. It is worth noting however that building communal areas is often space-consuming and therefore using a mezzanine floor can be helpful.

Additional Office Space
Perhaps the most common reason for building a mezzanine floor is to accommodate a growing workforce. As your business expands you may find there is limited space on your existing floor, but by converting the excess space into offices you can cut costs and have all your employees under one roof.

Meeting Rooms
Some businesses may require additional private space away from the main office floor for corporate-level meetings with clients. Similarly, employers can add sliding partitioning systems to help create smaller working spaces when required. In doing so, mezzanine floors can become a cost-effective way to entertain clients in-house.

Mezzanine floors can accommodate the needs of both commercial and industrial needs, and building a mezzanine floor can not only help cut back costs and time otherwise spent in re-locating, but also help utilise your building’s current space effectively.

A workplace that is chaotic, loud, unorganised and dark is most definitely not conducive to high levels of productivity. Today many organisations such as Google and Facebook have recognised the various elements that make up an excellent working environment and have aimed towards high levels of collaborative, agile, bright spaces with areas dedicated to hot desking, quiet zones and collaborative spots.

With the pandemic affecting the entire world over the past year, we have seen the requirement of change and the future is no different in terms of planning and designing for office spaces.

What makes a good office design?

The modern workplace is more than a space to work from, it’s the environment which forms the basis of how your business operates – it’s not just about aesthetics anymore, you know? Soundproofing, use of space, building regulations, storage, security and access are just a few factors business owners need to consider when re-designing their workspace, be it a small-scale office project or complete warehouse refurbishment.

From the nuts and bolts to the magic, and the grand finale too, with comprehensive CAD drawings and 3D design rendering walk-through videos, we envisage an office environment that inspires employees – and we deliver on that vision.

Why move if you don’t have to?

Office and industrial Mezzanines can virtually double your floorspace, adding value to your workplace without incurring the costs of moving premises. An office Mezzanine floor design will include appropriate methods to access the floor, linking to your existing infrastructure and can include partitions, suspended ceilings, floor coverings, heating, lighting and mechanical systems – even office furniture. What’s more, mezzanines also reduce current rent per square metre… a win-win when it comes to saving your hard-earned cash!

If you’re running out of floor space, just look up! Many commercial buildings are designed with headroom of 6m or more and it’s this un-productive space that could be your opportunity to create storage areas, meeting rooms, a new boardroom or a communal area for your employees perhaps… What could you do if your workspace was doubled?

Making the most of your ‘four walls’

Sliding, Glazed, Stud or Composite – there’s no one-size-fits-all when it comes to Office Partitioning.

Contrary to popular belief, office partitions don’t have to be dull, grey office cubicles – partitions can actually enhance the overall aesthetic of the office with a distinct visual impact, as well as implementing privacy and, in turn, reducing sound.

We often hear how meeting rooms are like gold dust within the workplace, so wouldn’t it be good to add a couple more in… and out again if you need to later down the line (partitions can be changed relatively easily and inexpensively without impacting on the overall structure of a building).

From top to bottom

Choosing your style of ceiling is more important than you might think, not just because it protects and conceals any electrical and plumbing systems above, but it can be fire resistant rated too. From an aesthetics perspective, a high ceiling can make a room feel more spacious, while low ceilings can make an office feel far more snug.

Suspended ceilings are a cost-effective way of giving your premises a clean, smooth finish to the internal ceiling of a room whilst hiding cables and pipework, enhancing acoustics and providing thermal installation too.

On the other hand, MF Plasterboard ceilings offer a high level of design flexibility and give a smoother, more contemporary finish to your office, working well with spot lighting particularly within reception areas.

Flooring can transform a space too and a once-considered ‘small room’ can soon ooze big potential. Wood, vinyl, laminate, carpet and tile are all suitable flooring options with their own practicalities, but their suitability will differ depending on your specific needs, design and style preferences – it’s important to understand how the space will be used and the durability required.

The finishing touches

Once the big stuff is out of the way, choosing new furniture for your new workspace can be really exciting – it’s how you put your stamp on your business whilst ensuring your staff can work efficiently and comfortably. There’s lots to consider and the possibilities are endless depending on your taste, style and budget. Don’t forget you can use your commercial space to incorporate your company branding as another way of marketing your organisation to customers.

Whether your team is based in an office, industrial warehouse, or both, a negative working environment may lead to poor retention so investing in your space and optimising it to its full potential can make a huge difference to your team and ultimately provide an excellent return of investment.

With the dark night’s drawing in we thought the time has come to highlight an important factor when considering a Workplace Design; The health and well-being of the workplace users!

A key criterion in assessing workplace environment under BREEAM includes optimising health and wellbeing in the office environment. This could include flexible workstations with accompanying storage, encouraging collaborative working, interior finishes that limit VOC (Volatile Organic Compounds) emissions, highly efficient LED (Light-Emitting Diode) lighting and the use of depolluting plants.

Depolluting plants at work

Research shows us that in developed countries, the population typically spends over 90% of their time indoors and improving the indoor air quality has been seen to have a positive impact on health, well-being and productivity. Indeed a 2-year study conducted by Oxford Brookes University and LCMB Building Performance*, revealed that workers showed a dramatic 60% increase in productivity once CO² emissions within their workplace was reduced and air quality was improved.
Depolluting plants are a great and aesthetic way to improve the air quality in your workplace. But not every office has unused space so combining plant holders with storage options helps to minimise the space that the plants take up, meaning it’s a good option for all businesses. It’s also worth considering that plant holders with storage options can assist in creating informal partitions too, which is another way they can be a part of your office layout and be functional at the same time. Ensuring your planters are fabricated out of FSC (Forest Certified Timber) timber further supports the requirements of BREEAM and is a big tick for the environment too.

A Cubex Contracts we can supply planters in a variety of colour finishes and sizes to suit your environment.

If you would like to improve the air quality in your workplace by introducing plants in planters that don’t waste precious office space contact us today on 01933 460422 to chat about your requirements.

The poll went on to reveal that after the number one reason for a negative impression, 20.5% said lack of natural light, 19.1% referenced dated decor, 24.9% poorly dressed staff and 1.6% said all of the above/bad people skills.

Whether you are looking to attract top talent or new customers or keeping your existing staff happy, these stats suggest that if your business fails in these areas then they could be costing you business.

Did you know it only takes 1/10 of a second to make a first impression? How can you make sure that the first impression is a positive one?

Cubex Contracts can help

Luckily for you we have a host of options to help combat most of these challenges.

Tackling cluttered workspaces – fixing this problem is easier than you might think. Starting with new furniture and accessories to create a modern new space for your staff, to a complete redesign of the office to make it flow better and improve communication, or even adding a mezzanine to give your people more space to work better and more efficiently – we’ve got the answer.

Letting the natural light in – sometimes ensuring your staff have workspaces with natural light can be hard especially if they spend a lot of time in areas of the building where windows are few and far between. But with innovative products at our disposal we can suggest solutions from glass in your partitioning to installing solar tube lights which channel the natural light from the roof to places that need them. Both options are affordable and can easily be integrated into a bigger re-design project or a one-off requirement. If there is no natural light available at all – we can advise you on some of the most up to date and energy-efficient lighting options.

Bringing the decor up to date – you may not have noticed just how old your office space is looking but you can bet your customers and staff have. With a priority on “being on brand” we have a range of solutions to design spacious and flexible spaces including all the latest technology, furniture and designer materials. From manifestations on glass, brand colour co-ordinated chairs, sit and stand desks and much more – we can make your office look brand new.

And if you are in the type of industry where employing talent between 25-34yrs old is key to keeping your business ahead of the competition then this is well worth the investment – as this age group said in the poll that dated decor was the second biggest turn off in a business.

While we can’t help with a fashion makeover for your staff or improve their bad people skills we can definitely get your business looking, well – the business! Contact us today to ask for our help to re-design your workspace and make your customers and staff smile again. If your office is costing you business, give us a call on 01933 460422.

A recent survey reported that 72%* of people working from home said that the sofa was their seating of choice during lockdown. You might be thinking how cosy that sounds, and yes it probably is – but if you are sitting “working” for many hours during the day, what you really need is something supportive and that’s where the humble office chair comes in.

Advice for employers

Due to the current situation, employers need to consider whether their employees will be required to continue working from home for a much longer period than initially thought. If that is the case they should carry out a remote ‘working from home’ assessment to determine if their employees have a set up which is suitable for the amount of hours they are carrying out their day-to-day work. This would include a risk assessment looking at where they are planning to work and if that space has everything they will need to do so safely, and by safely we also mean from a physical health perspective too.

It is the employer’s responsibility as a result of this assessment to:

suggest improvements (if any) to their current set up

discuss with them how you can help provide the necessary equipment/furniture they need to carry out their work safely (especially if they have nothing suitable they can use already)

provide a quick and easy method they can request what they need from you (ie. email them a request form document)

When you have agreed to their requirements you can supply what they need to do their work safely and without further risk to their health. In the absence of proper furniture, especially an adjustable office chair, your employees are more likely to put added strain on their bodies which will lead to aches, pains and possible injury in the long term.

If an employer does not believe their employee(s) will need to work from home for too much longer they should, if they have not done so already, provide their workers with advice on completing their own basic assessment at home. As an employer it is also up to you to stay in touch with your employee(s) and have regular discussions to assess if additional steps or support is needed.

The HSE website has some very useful information and links to a workstation checklist you can send to your employees.

Advice for employees

Although it might be tempting to work from the sofa or stay snuggled in bed – neither of those options are good for your physical health.

If they haven’t been in touch with you already, contact your employer (probably a department head or HR person) and ask for a remote “working from home “ assessment to be carried out because you are concerned your home working set up is not adequate for the hours you will be sitting. They will help you get set up at home in the space you have available, and in many cases all you may need is an adjustable office chair.

An adjustable office chair, as its name suggests, can be adjusted in many ways to fit your needs – including height control and back position, and some even offer extra lumbar support, head rest options and adjustable arms.

How can Cubex help?

We can advise and supply you with a range of options when it comes to kitting out a home working space. From different size and shaped desks to a fantastic choice of adjustable office chairs – we have options to suit every budget.

Please get in touch with us on 01933 460422 or email us to discuss your needs.
