I have no hesitation in recommending Cubex following a recent office refurbishment. All aspects, including a mezzanine floor, were taken care of. Careful attention was given to understanding our needs and above all, they remained flexible and accommodating throughout the project. Cubex worked very hard to stay on schedule and delivered in line with our expectations.

We required some partition walling adding to our downstairs storeroom either side of our main staircase so that it was blocked off from view. Andy visited the site and understood exactly what was needed to achieve this and supplied a very competitive and detailed quotation, which I accepted.
On the day of installation, the team was very efficient and worked around my staff as the business was still operating. They finished the project to a very high standard and ensured everything was tidied away once they were completed.

Having contacted a few companies prior to Cubex and getting very slow, confusing, conflicting information and hidden pricing, I was getting very frustrated that our project might never get completed. A real breath of fresh air from other companies I’d been dealing with. I decided to go with Cubex and I am so glad I did. The whole process has been easy, all timescales met, fantastic communication throughout, very reasonably priced, and we are so happy with our finished mezzanine floor. We have been using Cubex Contracts since around 2018. Cubex has undertaken numerous refurbishment projects at all our sites along with many smaller ad hoc requirements. I’ve been using Cubex for over 20 years for various projects. They have always understood my brief and delivered as promised.
As I didn’t know exactly what I wanted, I relied on the Cubex guys to advise and provide me with all of the details that I needed to have a CAPEX case approved.
Throughout the whole process they were there to advise and the build time was superb.

They were then able to consult with us on the best location for the floor to be rebuilt within our new premises with only minor alterations to still meet our business needs. The build went up in 3 days and we have been really happy with the result. It was done with minimal disruption and with a tight lead time. Cubex were also able to save most of the fire-rated ceiling tiles and column cases, as well as the lighting under the floor, all of which were reinstated and prevented us from having to spend more money on fire-rating the mezzanine to obtain building regulations in its new situ. The whole move was conducted with minimal fuss, expense and disruption to our business.”

It was only a small job that they managed to do within a day but everything was undertaken very professionally and efficiently right through from the initial visit for quotation, to completion.
